Taking stock of NPC's Well-being Measure

This has been a challenging year for NPC's online Well-being Measure. Following major technological problems and consultations with our Well-being Advisory Board, major clients and funders, we took the decision to seek new partners to take forward the platform in 2017.

Thank you to our funders who helped us develop this online tool and our great customers.  NPC remains committed to measuring well-being and the tool itself will continue to be available in paper form.

To find out more about this decision and what happens next please read our blog.

Launched in 2011, NPC's Well-being Measure was aimed at schools and charities alike. We helped our customers to show the difference they make in the lives of young people aged 11 to 16. For example, the Well-being Measure helped to:

  • Prove to funders what you've achieved
  • Gather evidence to improve your services
  • Save time and resources
  • Get a high quality validation of your work

BBC Children in Need is trialling NPC's Well-being Measure with some of the organisations we fund. The tool has lots of potential and we look forward to seeing how it develops.

We are very excited about the results we've had. It will make a real difference to how we communicate the impact of our work to funders and schools, and help us develop our courses with young people in the future.
